Welcome to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security Online Job Order

The online job order process offers you quick access to free employment services. You can create job orders using an online form by selecting the button on the left. The form requires a minimum of Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.

After you have completed the form, click on the “Email” button, and the information will be submitted to JobOrder@mdes.ms.gov. The information may be transferred over an unsecured connection through your email service provider. The information you provide will be used for MDES purposes only and will not be shared with other employers or agencies.

If you prefer to FAX your Job Order, you may download the Job Order Form by clicking on the button on the left. Complete the form and FAX it back to our Job Order Control Unit.

A MDES representative will contact you to confirm that your job order has been received, and the information will be put into the statewide job database. We suggest you save the form on your computer so you will have a quick reference archive of the positions you recruit for most frequently.

There are forty-five full service WIN Job Centers located throughout the state and several more part-time offices. Staff people at these centers are trained to help you with your employment needs.
