Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers

The Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSF) Program focuses on equality of service to farmworkers. Procedures have been implemented to protect migrant and seasonal farmworkers in issues related to salaries and working conditions. The Monitor Advocate of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security monitors these procedures to ensure all applicable laws and regulations governing services provided to migrant and seasonal farmworkers are carried out.
